We're a licensed Adult Family Home in Federal Way, Washington, operated by a Registered Nurse, providing 24/7 personalized care in a warm, private setting, where every person is known by name, not a room number.
Our Registered Nurse and CNA team bring the clinical expertise to care for a wide range of needs, from medication management and nurse delegation to dementia and Alzheimer's care, behavioral and mental health support, mobility assistance, and end-of-life care. Complex needs don't require a facility. They require the right team, and we're committed to being exactly that.

Each resident's medications are regularly reviewed by our Registered Nurse and tracked through a consistent system, giving families complete confidence in their loved one's care.

Dementia care requires consistency, patience and a deep understanding of each person. Our staff are trained and required to maintain ongoing dementia care education, ensuring every resident receives knowledgeable, compassionate support at every stage. We create structured, familiar routines that bring comfort and stability, helping residents feel grounded and genuinely at home.
Companionship & Community
We provide personalized support for each individual, continuously building our knowledge to better serve their evolving needs. Our calm, structured environment, paired with close collaboration with each resident's existing therapists and psychiatric providers, ensures residents feel valued, respected and truly at ease.

Our role is to provide a warm, familiar environment where residents can remain surrounded by the people and the place they know.
